Opening CT Files in Autoit

I've tried everything I can think of (which isn't much on this topic) and all I get is either garbage or "CHEATENGINE|". I've tried using regular FileOpen(), opening the file and replacing all |s with blank strings, and I've even opened it in a Hex Editor to view the contents. Nothing seems to be able to read these things but cheat engine. I'll post the hex contents and file contents as viewed in a text editor, hopefully someone can help me. I'm not good at things like this.

I can view more in wordpad but it won't copy over for some reason. Hopefully someone can help. Oh before I forget this is the output in CE.

The database I posted is for a single-player game called Age of Castles. I've already gotten the codes I just want to be able to read them with the memory scanner I'm creating. I don't cheat on the online games I play unless you count looking up hints online cheating. I just want to open these files for compatibility reasons, and the fact I've already got a file with them saved. I was thinking and the .CT files may have a wrapper but I don't know for sure. I'm really not good at reading headers from a file or anything like that, which is why I asked for help. I in no way intend to break any game's ToS.

No one can help? I'm out of my league with things like this I know there are users here who can do it. Even if someone can't give me a definite answer or script that will open this can someone at least tell me how to start?

CE is OpenSource... search the code for open/save in the SVN and convert it. Have fun :D
