reading from screen

hello;

I am inerested in recognizing a changing number in a picture in screen, I am only focusing in a 5*9 pixcel rectangle its position is:

371, 397 top left the rectangle

376, 397 top right

371, 406 down left

376, 406 down right

if the required number (which is 5)appears in black color, it should sent me a beep,.....

i dont know if its possible first, which function to use (PixelChecksum, PixelSearch, ocr) any help is highly apriciated.

You would be best to use pixelchecksum, if you know the coordinates

it will reurn you a number which you store, then you check later if the coordinates are the same checksum number
