toggle aero with au3?

i have seen various pieces of software that tell windows they are incompatible with aero so it switches to the basic theme. for instance: http://silentdevelopment.blogspot.com/2009/10/aerofoil-150-released.html how can this be done in windows 7 with autoit? is it possible?
