Little script 50% processor capacity?

Well since mouse cant be used as hotkeys I wrote I little script to resolve this, but for soe kind of reason it takes about 50% of my processor capacity. Any ideais how to resolve it?

or you could just make it :

#include <Misc.au3>

While 1
    If _IsPressed("4") Then Send("!t")
    Sleep(300)
WEnd

which is the same thing
