Nope.

Don't try it. Multithreading is not suitable for AutoIt. Multiprocessing however is ok.

There are numerous ways, apart from those you mention there is STDIN/OUT/READ, memory sharing, or even simply using GUI's to update each others controls, or a hidden GUI. and most likely many more.
