Is the an easier way skinning gui with gdiplus?

I don't know why the file is not deleting, I'm guessing the file is still open and can't be deleted...perhaps there is a variable that wasn't disposed of? I'm at a loss, perhaps someone else knows the answer.

Any idea if it would be possible to convert the npg img into a binary code & includ eit in the script so you wont have to write anything on ur hdd.?

I made a try hire, but as you see it does not work for some reason.
