Plenty of others have links to their code pages, I doubt there would be a problem

Although I imagine in example scripts forum you would also have to provide some

sort of example along with it.

As long as the link is to a page where people can download your code there is no problem at all. But as JohnOne said, open a thread in the Examples section to explain what the code does and how to use it. :)
