FaNtM, the help file is your friend :) JohnOne's suggestion will do what you need; I also suggest looking in the help file index under File, Directory and Disk Management.

that's where i am most of the time, but some of the functions dont seem to be what i want. also, i need some of the copied files to go into a .jar file (java). should i install the Java API so au3 knows whats its doing?

edit: i need to copy files from inside folders to the .jar, not the folders themselves. i need to copy atleast 200+ files. (prays that i dont have to copy each and every file line by line)
