Here we go

#include <GDIP.au3>
#include <WinAPI.au3>

_GDIPlus_Startup()
Local $aResult = DllCall($ghGDIPDll, "uint", "GdipCreateBitmapFromScan0", "int", 101, "int", 101, "int", 0, "int", $GDIP_PXF32ARGB, "ptr", 0, "int*", 0)
$aResult = $aResult[6]

;Get the Graphics object
Local $hCtxt = _GDIPlus_ImageGetGraphicsContext($aResult)
;Draw the Rect
_GDIPlus_GraphicsDrawRect($hCtxt, 0, 0, 100, 100)
;Save to File
_GDIPlus_ImageSaveToFile($aResult, "Test.png")
;Show the Image
ShellExecute("Test.png")

;Memory Release
_GDIPlus_GraphicsDispose($hCtxt)
_GDIPlus_ImageDispose($aResult)
_GDIPlus_Shutdown()

;Done...
Exit
