mouse direction binding

is there a way to bind keys to specific mouse movement directions?

like pushing mouse toward pc monitor binds to up arrow

there are ways of course, but why do you want to do this ?

@somd - there isn't an already built in command for mouse movement?  i know i can do it via a long way but i thought autoit would have something already.

@phoenix - sometimes (well, a lot) i dont feel like using the keyboard.  weird description: i have a fan to the side of me that i like to turn my body and rest my feet on and then only have 1 hand by the mouse+keyboard so i cant use both.
