Question about Shellexecute

Recommended Posts

Hey, I'm not at home but I just had am idea for a problem someone asked me about and was curious if this is possible.

I haven't used this function too much, but can you use Shellexecute as a 'run' command like the default Windows Run? Like.. If you press win+r it opens run and you can type like.. Notepad, or even a command string and it will run it. Is Shellexecute the same thing as run, just as a command line? Thanks an hopefully I didn't sound too stupid lol
