_FFQuit() Issue

I have 2 exe file (autoit's compiled script) running. Both are using FF.AU3. When 1 of the script execute _FFQuit() command, why does it close both firefox browser? 

Shouldn't it only close it's own firefox and left the other firefox untouchable?
