How do i Get the table content with the image property

I want to get the status whether up or down from the table. I am trying to get the table with   _IETableGetCollection() function. but i cannot get it. the count of tables in the webpage is showing 95 tables. I need to get the table contents and to get the color of image and conclude status up or down.
