Terminating Send

If my program is currently sending many characters to a window. Could i stop it using End as a hot key(becasue hot keys interrupt scripts) and then have some code that stops the send whilst the program still runs?

Yes if you make it conditional... Ie..

Hotkeyset('{end}', 'StopSend')
HotKeySet('{Home}', 'StartSend')
Global $Blah = 0

While 1
    If $Blah = 0 Then
        Do
            Send('Some Chars')
        Until $Blah = 1
    EndIf
WEnd

Func StopSend()
    $Blah = 1
EndFunc

Func StartSend()
    $Blah = 0
EndFunc

A long Send() command can't be interrupted by hotkeys.

It sends the whole string, even if you press end. If you press end while it's going, it will show the MsgBox at the end after the string is sent.

this is what i have. it works well

Indeed that works because you're sending the string in segments. Good job finding a fix.
