easy GUI question

$Input_3 = GuiCtrlCreateInput("", 80, 10, 140, 20)
$Input_4 = GuiCtrlCreateInput("", 80, 40, 140, 20)
$Progress_6 = GuiCtrlCreateProgress(10, 70, 220, 20)
$Button_7 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Submit", 10, 110, 100, 23)
$Button_8 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Cancel", 130, 110, 100, 23)

While 1
    $msg = GuiGetMsg()
    Case $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
    Case $msg = $Button_8
    Case $msg = $Button_7
        GUIDelete($gui)oÝ÷ Ù«­¢+ØÀÌØíÍAÍÍݽÉôÅÕ½ÐìÀÌØí%¹ÁÕÑ|ÐÅÕ½Ðì

but if i put something in.. the 'input' part then it wont work :whistle:!

to start with:

$sUsername = GuiCtlRead($Input_3)
$sPassword = GuiCtrlRead($Input_4)

Now if the controls still exist at the point you have that code then all should work well, but with what little you posted it looks like they may not.
