lucent gifs in guis ?

Recommended Posts

Heyho,

i wrote a little script, that indicates with 2 types of gifs (green hook and red cross) the status of an installation (Is the program installed? YES: Green hook, NO: red cross).

I created 2 gifs, each with an lucent background.

In the KODA Forms, the icons are lucent. But, if i run the Script, the lucent background switches into white...

What can i do? Set the Background of the Images to the Color auf the Gui ?!?! No alternate way ?

The Code is... a lil bit long :lmao:

Here's a snippet...

IF FileExists("C:\Programme\Microsoft Office\Office\EXCEL.exe") Then
    $icon_msoffice2000 = GUICtrlCreatePic($greenicon, 170, 20, 16, 16, BitOR($SS_NOTIFY,$WS_GROUP))
Else
    $icon_msoffice2000 = GUICtrlCreatePic($redicon, 170, 20, 16, 16, BitOR($SS_NOTIFY,$WS_GROUP))
EndIf

These are the Images...

As we and you can see, that is not all the code necessary to even test. We need a fully functional example.

Who else would I be?

#include <GUIConstants.au3>

Opt("GUIOnEventMode", 1)

Dim Const $greenicon = "green_16x16.gif"

$Form1 = GUICreate("xyz", 523, 507, 323, 203)

GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)
$icon_msoffice2000 = GUICtrlCreatePic($greenicon, 170, 20, 16, 16, BitOR($SS_NOTIFY,$WS_GROUP))

While 1
    Sleep(100)
Wend
If you convert the gif to a bitmap it seems to work correctly. This might not help you though.

Serial port communications UDF Includes functions for binary transmission and reception.printing UDF Useful for graphs, forms, labels, reports etc.Add User Call Tips to SciTE for functions in UDFs not included with AutoIt and for your own scripts.Functions with parameters in OnEvent mode and for Hot Keys One function replaces GuiSetOnEvent, GuiCtrlSetOnEvent and HotKeySet.UDF IsConnected2 for notification of status of connected state of many urls or IPs, without slowing the script.
