Mouseclick make red circle on screen?

I need to know how to be able to draw a red spos on the screen.

So when i click somewhere i want to create a red spot at that place just 10 x 10 pixels in size or so

is this possible?

the green square is good but i thought more like when i click with the mouse button then it will create a spot at that position and not follow the mouse cursor.. hope you understand

just to show where the mouse was clicked? Should the spot stay or disappear after a few seconds?
