MrCreatoR Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 Is it possible to create a listview similar to the followingJust an images yes, animate that image i don't think so, just maybe constantly change between two (or more) images to emulate animation, but i am not sure if this will be worth (resources usage etc). smashly Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 For the animation couldn't you do a loop or count with some icons and GUICtrlSetImage() ? eg:#include <GUIConstants.au3> Global $State, $i = 127 GUICreate("listview items",220,200, 100,200,-1,$WS_EX_ACCEPTFILES) $listview = GUICtrlCreateListView (" |Name|Version|Size",10,10,200,150) $item =GUICtrlCreateListViewItem("|Some App|v1.0|4.2 MB",$listview) GUICtrlSetImage($item, "shell32.dll", -138) $button = GuiCtrlCreateButton ("Start",75,170,70,20) GUISetState() While 1 $msg = GUIGetMsg() Select Case $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE Exit Case $msg = $button If $State = 0 Then $State = 1 GUICtrlSetData($button, "Stop") AdlibEnable("iconani", 300) Else $State = 0 GUICtrlSetData($button, "Start") AdlibDisable() GUICtrlSetImage($item, "shell32.dll", -138) EndIf EndSelect WEnd Func iconani() $i += 1 If $i > 130 Then $i = 127 GUICtrlSetImage($item, "shell32.dll", -$i) EndFunc Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Madza91 Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 Here is my solution but little buged #include <GuiConstants.au3> GuiCreate("MyGUI", 360, 360,-1, -1 , BitOR($WS_OVERLAPPEDWINDOW, $WS_CLIPSIBLINGS)) $list = GUICtrlCreateListView("List view items;)",10,10,340,340) $item = GUICtrlCreateListViewItem(";)",$list) GUICtrlSetImage($item, "shell32.dll", -0) GuiSetState() AdlibEnable("icon", 500) While 1 $msg = GuiGetMsg() Select Case $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE ExitLoop Case Else ;;; EndSelect WEnd Exit Func icon() GUICtrlSetImage($item, "shell32.dll", -0) Sleep(500) GUICtrlSetImage($item, "shell32.dll", -2) Sleep(500) EndFunc
This is a help forum not a "write this for me" forum.
(Sorry for bad English) :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DjDeep00 Posted November 15, 2007 Author Share Posted November 15, 2007 (edited) Thanx Guys..but been there and done that using "adlib"....using this really slowed down one of my functions which was going thru a huge loop...i was just wondering if there was a way to use guictrlsetimage() and a gif file..to have the listviewitem animate the entire time...to stop it u would just use guictrlsetimage again with a non-animated gif file...damn..looks like no animation for me... MrCreatoR Posted November 15, 2007 Share Posted November 15, 2007 i was just wondering if there was a way to use guictrlsetimage() and a gif fileNo, AutoIt does not suport gif animations on the controls (too bad).But if your problem is with loops, and you want to run animation constantly, you might want to look at CallBack Functions .
