Have a look at GUISetFont() that should point you in the right direction.

A small example of how to insert special characters on a button

#include <GUIConstants.au3>

#Region ### START Koda GUI section ### Form=
Global $Form1 = GUICreate("Form1", 360, 280, 432, 159)
GUISetFont(20, 1000, 0, "Symbol")
;~ GUISetFont(14, 800, 0, "windings")
Global $MyButton1 = GUICtrlCreateButton(chr(0xAC) & chr(0xAD) & chr(0xAE) & chr(0xAF), 132, 124, 100, 30, $BS_FLAT)
#EndRegion ### END Koda GUI section ###

While 1
    $nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $nMsg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE

You can set a different font for each control if you really want to.
