JustinReno
Do you know how compiling works? If you ever do get to uncompile it with a editor, you would be able to see everything in the source, even includes. They both look untested and unsecure. JustinReno
Yes, I can. And also, a good learning point is AutoIt 123 (I think its located at the top of the examples forum). Here should be a pretty simple example: #Include <GuiConstants.au3> ;This file includes variables for GUI stuff. $GUI = GuiCreate("Testing", 200, 200) ;This creates the GUI named Testing, the size is 200x200 pixels. $Button1 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Function1", 0, 0) ; Creates the button for function one. $Button2 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Function2", 0, 50) ; Creates the button for function two. GuiSetState(@SW_SHOW) ;Makes the GUI visible. While 1 ;Makes a loop that runs forever. $Message = GuiGetMsg() ;Catches any thing pressed on the GUI. Switch Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE ;If the X button was pressed at top Exit Case $Button1 ;If $Button1 is clicked... _Function1() Case $Button2 ;If $Button2 is clicked... _Function2() EndSwitch WEnd Func _Function1() MsgBox(0, "Hi!", "Button 1 was pressed!") EndFunc Func _Function2() MsgBox(0, "Hi!", "Button 2 was pressed!") EndFunc This should work, not sure. therks
Not bad, and if you want to use a separate function for each button, you can also do this.expandcollapse popup#Include <GuiConstants.au3> Opt('GUIOnEventMode', 1) $GUI = GuiCreate(" GUI Example", 180, 225) GUISetOnEvent($GUI_EVENT_CLOSE, '_Quit') $Button1 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Button 1", 63, 30) GUICtrlSetOnEvent(-1, '_Button1') $Button2 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Button 2", 63, 60) GUICtrlSetOnEvent(-1, '_Button2') $Button3 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Button 3", 63, 90) GUICtrlSetOnEvent(-1, '_Button3') $Button4 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Button 4", 63, 120) GUICtrlSetOnEvent(-1, '_Button4') $Button5 = GuiCtrlCreateButton("Button 5", 63, 150) GUICtrlSetOnEvent(-1, '_Button5') $Button6 = GuiCtrlCreateButton(" Exit ", 63, 180) GUICtrlSetOnEvent(-1, '_Button6') GuiSetState(@SW_SHOW) While 1 Sleep(100) WEnd Func _Button1() MsgBox(0, "Messege Box", "Button 1 Was Pressed") EndFunc Func _Button2() MsgBox(0, "Messege Box", "Button 2 Was Pressed") EndFunc Func _Button3() MsgBox(0, "Messege Box", "Button 3 Was Pressed") EndFunc Func _Button4() MsgBox(0, "Messege Box", "Button 4 Was Pressed") EndFunc Func _Button5() MsgBox(0, "Messege Box", "Button 5 Was Pressed") EndFunc Func _Button6() Exit EndFunc Func _Quit() Exit EndFuncJust another way to do things. Also, you don't need the Sleep(25) in your code because the GUIGetMsg() function will auto-sleep for you. My code doesn't use GUIGetMsg so it DOES need a sleep. PsaltyDS
And Please Can You Help Me So I Can Post In The Example Script Part..Please consider what you are going to post MUCH more carefully before you put it in Example Scripts! You obviously made no attempt at all to search the forums for the hundreds of topics that already cover this, made no attempt to learn about the encryption that is already in AutoIt, don't know that the uncompile option is no longer present in the current version of AutoIt, and just plain didn't think it through. As a former Noob in AutoIt and many other things, and current Noob in others, I am sympathetic with getting excited about figuring something out and sharing it. When you go to a software forum, do you start searching to see if there program doesn't have an uncompile option or encryption? He was just saying that he learned something new, don't freak out. Generator
The problem is he was going to Post in Example Forum without even testing it, uncompile option is no longer supported if he ever sees, and even if he uncompile it he will see his method will not work out.
