ending Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 I have a MenuItem that I would like toggle-able. Case $CTRLMsg = $MenuItemRunSchedule If GUICtrlRead($MenuItemRunSchedule) = $GUI_UNCHECKED Then MsgBox(0,"unnit was checked",GUICtrlRead($MenuItemRunSchedule)) GUICtrlSetState($MenuItemRunSchedule,$GUI_CHECKED) ElseIf GUICtrlRead($MenuItemRunSchedule) = $GUI_CHECKED Then MsgBox(0,"unnit was unchecked",GUICtrlRead($MenuItemRunSchedule)) GUICtrlSetState($MenuItemRunSchedule,$GUI_UNCHECKED) EndIf That's the code I'm running in the controls loop but nothing happens. No change in the check nor any message. It seems like GUICtrlRead doesn't return whether it is checked or not. Anyway around this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MrCreatoR Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 It seems like GUICtrlRead doesn't return whether it is checked or not. Anyway around this?It's return all states that this control have, and it's have more than $GUI_CHECKED... try this: #include <GuiConstants.au3> $GUI = GUICreate("Test Script", 300, 200) $Menu = GUICtrlCreateMenu("Menu") $MenuItemRunSchedule = GUICtrlCreateMenuItem("Run Schedule", $Menu) GUISetState(@SW_SHOW, $GUI) While 1 $nMsg = GUIGetMsg() Switch $nMsg Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE Exit Case $MenuItemRunSchedule If BitAND(GUICtrlRead($MenuItemRunSchedule), $GUI_UNCHECKED) Then MsgBox(0, "", "unnit was checked") GUICtrlSetState($MenuItemRunSchedule, $GUI_CHECKED) Else MsgBox(0, "", "unnit was unchecked") GUICtrlSetState($MenuItemRunSchedule, $GUI_UNCHECKED) EndIf EndSwitch WEnd Spoiler Using OS: Win 7 Professional, Using AutoIt Ver(s): 3.3.6.1 / 3.3.8.1 AutoIt Russian Community My Work...
