How do I check if a function is running?

I can elaborate if I need to but I think my question might explain it.

EDIT: Heres the part of my code that is having a problem, it is the bolded part that was my solution, but this didn't work. I obviously don't understand how a function works very well.

If ($Fight = Not $Fight) Then

This will never work, you check if $Fight equel Not $Fight, but if the $Fight isTrue, then how it is possible that it equels Not True? or if it's False, then it can't be Not False ...

You should check it like this:

If Not $Fight Then ToggleFight()
