i wanna make one GUICtrlCreateLabel and the text to be: when win "application.exe" running to be Online when not to be offline.....how i can make this????

If i were a compiler and be reading your text above, i would throw a fatal Syntax Error on line 1

But as scripter with implemented autocorrection i just suggest you use ProcessExists

If ProcessExists("notepad.exe") Then
    MsgBox(0, "Example", "Notepad is running.")
EndIf
