Just some drafts ...

While 1
sleep(1000)
$Sec=$Sec+1
GUICtrlSetData($Sec,$Sec)
if $Sec>50 then
$Min=$Min+1
etc...

Wasn't that hard, but here it is,

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>
#Include <Date.au3>
$timeOld = _NowTime ()
$title = "My Title- "

#Region ### START Koda GUI section ### Form=
$Form1 = GUICreate($title, 633, 446, 193, 115)
GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)
#EndRegion ### END Koda GUI section ###

While 1
    $nMsg = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $nMsg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
    EndSwitch
    If $timeOld <> _NowTime () Then
        $timeOld = _NowTime ()
        $title = "My Title- " & _NowDate () & " - " & $timeOld
        WinSetTitle ($Form1, "", $title)
    EndIf
WEnd
