Block an IP/DNS

try to use a firewall or open your hosts file in notepad & delete all lines. now paste this into your hosts file & save.

PS: I think that instead of blogger.com you can simply put the IP you want to deny access to you so it will look like this:

PSS: you can find hosts file in : C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
