Is the extra underscore in RegRead key an error?

Do you have sufficient rights to write to this key?

Does this work?

#RequireAdmin

$Key="HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\Misc."
$ExeFile="C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan  Client\ntrmv.exe"
$read = RegRead ($key, "Allow Uninstall_")

If FileExists ($ExeFile) Then
RegWrite ($Key,"Allow Uninstall_", "REG_DWORD", "1")
if $read = 0 then
    Run ($ExeFile, @SW_MINIMIZE)
EndIf
    EndIf
