TomaSuzz,

Here is one way to do it:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

Opt('MustDeclareVars', 1)

Example()

Func Example()
    Local $slider1, $button, $msg, $islider1

    GUICreate("slider", 220, 100, 100, 200)
    GUISetBkColor(0x00E0FFFF)  ; will change background color

    $slider1 = GUICtrlCreateSlider(10, 10, 200, 20)
    GUICtrlSetLimit(-1, 100, 0)     ; change min/max value
    $button = GUICtrlCreateButton("Value?", 75, 70, 70, 20)
    GUISetState()
    GUICtrlSetData($slider1, 0)     ; set cursor

    Do
        $msg = GUIGetMsg()

        If $msg = $button Then
;~          MsgBox(0, "slider1", GUICtrlRead($slider1))
            $islider1 += 10
            GUICtrlSetData($slider1, $islider1)
        EndIf
    Until $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
EndFunc   ;==>Example

TomaSzz,

And here is another: :mellow:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

$hGUI = GUICreate("Test", 500, 500)

$hSlider = GUICtrlCreateSlider(10, 10, 480, 30)
GUICtrlSetLimit(-1, 10) ; Limit slider to 1 to 10

$hLabel = GUICtrlCreateLabel(0, 10, 50, 200, 40)
GUICtrlSetFont(-1, 24)

GUISetState()

$iCurrSlider = 0

While 1
    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
    EndSwitch

    If GUICtrlRead($hSlider) <> $iCurrSlider Then
        $iCurrSlider = GUICtrlRead($hSlider)
        GUICtrlSetData($hLabel, $iCurrSlider * 10) ; Multiply slider value by 10
    EndIf
WEnd

TomaSzz,

If you want to continue receiving help here, you need to change your attitude pretty quickly. Do you have any idea how insulting you have just been? :mellow:

JohnOne,

That person is an arse

But evidently a very young and immature one. As you may have noticed, some of us are trying to get him to realise this and point him in a better direction. I hope he catches on sooner rather then later....... :mellow:

P.S. I will, however, admit that I have also been checking up on how to add people to my otherwise empty ignore list! :P

That's coming closer to trigger the "old proven ways" to dispose of such attitude, like I was talking about recently on the private forum...
