adding trailing zeros in notepad

I need to add numbers with varying number of decimal points from excel into notepad, and cant figure out how to get a consistent amount of decimal points.

Ie I want to pad to 3 decimal places so

1.4=1.400

1.35=1.350

Thoughts?

I am actually very noobish at autoit(probably only coded a thousand or so lines so far total), and I have never written code before. Basically, consoleWrite doesnt mean anything to me even after reading the functions etc. This is my script so far.

You might as well simply format the entire string using one StringFormat() command.

Local $NFsell = 1, $FoSell = 2.3, $NFbuy = 45.6, $Fobuy = .8

ConsoleWrite(StringFormat('%.3f', $NFsell) & ";" & StringFormat('%.3f', $FoSell) & "; " & StringFormat('%.3f', $NFbuy) & ";" & StringFormat('%.3f', $Fobuy) & @LF)
;or
ConsoleWrite(StringFormat('%.3f;%.3f; %.3f;%.3f\n', $NFsell, $FoSell, $NFbuy, $Fobuy))
