Hello, how to add a command to Button with MouselClick and Run

Have other piece of code, but cannot add it  to button. For example -  Chrome run 

Run(@ProgramFilesDir&"\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe", "", @SW_MAXIMIZE)

The GUICtrlCreateButton example in the Help file shows you exactly how to get an external app to run on a button press.
