Can I use for clicking certain words?

I'm looking for a program that I can use for buying books that are free for a limited time in Amazon.

I tried using Macrokeys but there was changes in the distance between the buttons, so thougt being able to click on certain words would sove problem. I have searched for a way to just click one button that would add every free book to my library.

Here is my idea: Something like this

1. Search(Ctrl+f): "Buy now with 1-Click"

2. Click middle mouse button on marked

3. Click Next

4. Repeat 2 & 3 100 times

5. Click Next page

6. Repeat.
