@JustinM here my answers.

I'm not so good answering question. But here you have.


How did you know to use "_MakeNetClassNN?
 I think it's just experience. I've been automating .NET controls for a long time. Many times I got problem while accessing to those controls as ViciousXUSMC does in her example,
because something the Application Class ("WindowsForms10.BUTTON.app.0.141b42a_r10_ad1") is diferent. So that function just handle that.

What does the "" mean for $sText = ""? 
 It's just for good programming practices. I like to initialize all my variables. 

What is the Func's purpose that you made?
 As I said in the first question is just for Create the correct control ClASSNN
