FrancescoDiMuro Posted January 27, 2017 Posted January 27, 2017 Hi guys! How are you? Hope you're fine I was thinking about .dll files and, I always wanted to know what they are and how to use them in AutoIt. If someone would like to explain it to me, even with a practice example, I'd be very very happy! Thanks Click here to see my signature: Spoiler ALWAYS GOOD TO READ: Forum Rules Forum Etiquette

Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted January 27, 2017 Moderators Posted January 27, 2017 The example is pretty straight forward, what more do you need or what are you not understanding? You did actually read through it completely I am assuming. "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind. FrancescoDiMuro Posted January 27, 2017 Author Posted January 27, 2017 (edited) Hey @JLogan3o13! Yes, I read it, but what I was looking for is something like a "tutorial" on the creation of .dll through DllStructCreate() @RTFC: the "Definition" link doesn't work @JLogan3o13 What are they used for? That's what I'd like to learn Thanks Edited January 27, 2017 by FrancescoDiMuro Click here to see my signature: Spoiler ALWAYS GOOD TO READ: Forum Rules Forum Etiquette

FrancescoDiMuro Posted January 27, 2017 Author Posted January 27, 2017 @Jos Hey Jos, I'm trying to insert a text that contains quotes in a SQLite database, and I don't know how to do. I tried with Local $sString = "1P6AV2104'0HA04'0AA0" StringReplace($sString, "'", "''") but I didn't managed to, obtaining this error: --> Error: unrecognized token: "0HA04" How can I manage to solve this problem? To my surprise, the msdn one (link restored now) proved more accessible reading, but I accidentally appended the link ref instead of replacing the Wikipedia one, because I'm sloppy, and didn't check that the link actually worked, because I'm lazier than a comatose sloth.
