action when my comput play sound

Have autoit got any fonction to do somthing when comput playing Any sound ?

And maybe an other function to click on specifique color when i lunch pixel chearch ??

I whant to make bot for auto answer to ppl speak to me on msn i got little script ready i finish him and post it not in a long time
