How to get Time data from user?

Recommended Posts

Hello, Im working on a script to log a program on and off using 2 times. Im not sure of the best way to ask the user for the server downtime and uptime.

I was thinking a pulldown menu with all the hours in it.

But figured there might be a better way.. All the user needs to do is select the hour of the day the server goes down and the hour it goes up. Am/PM

Thanks in advance.

If it is just hours - how about, two drop downs (1-12) & (AM PM)

All by me:

"Sometimes you have to go back to where you started, to get to where you want to go."

"Everybody catches up with everyone, eventually"

"As you teach others, you are really teaching yourself."

From my dad

"Do not worry about yesterday, as the only thing that you can control is tomorrow."
