5 posts in this topic

On the right hand side of my taskbar next to the System Tray, the following appears permanently:

AutoIt60060813

This is regardles of whether I am running any AutoIt code.

Any ideas about what this is and how to get rid of it?

Thanks

Could try taskmanager - find the process and kill it - also take a look in the startup folder and run in the regedit - something is running it - if it is there on startup too.

All by me:

There is nothing for 'AutoIt600606813' in the Task Manager or Startup.

There is a Registry entry:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\SciTE.exe

"C:\Program Files\AutoIt60060813\SciTE\SciTE.exe" "%1"

Any idea what this is?

Do you have scite in the task manager or startup? If so kill that and see if it goes away. The folder looks like it was changed during install - does that jog your brain?
