Just installed the newest build of Autoit. I went to compile a script I was working on (made some changes) and I received this error (also see attachement) both using sciTE Editor or the Au2EXE v3 compiler.

"Aut2exe Error:

Error: Unable to add resources:

C:UsersusernameAppDataLocalAutoit v3Aut2EXEautD234.exe"

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Grimm

grimmlock,

AV = AntiVirus

It seems that a few people are having problems with AV alerts when compiling with 3.3.10.0 as the compilation method has changed. :(

You may need to add your UserNameAppdataLocalAutoit v3Aut2Exe folder to your AV exception list. :)

My brain is not working (I think it is on vacation). I am using ESET and I will add UserNameAppdataLocalAutoit v3Aut2Exe to my exceptions list.

Thanks M23

Thanks

Compilling Error with Aut2Exe v3.3.10.2 on Win7x64.  : Unable to add resources.%LOCALAPPDATA%AutoItv3Aut2ExeautB39F.tmp.exe Add UserNameAppdataLocalAutoit v3Aut2Exe folder to AV exception list resolve error.

In compiled file with Aut2Exe v3.3.10.2 not showing file version as before was? x64 compression does not work, though stated with the new UPX v3.91?
