cesinha87
I am running the following script $Command = @ComSpec & ' /k sqlcmd.exe -S ' & 'tcp:' & $db_ServerName & $db_InstanceName & ' -i ' & @ScriptDir & $sql_script ConsoleWrite("cmd=" & $Command) $rc = Run($Command, @SW_SHOW) _FileWriteLog ($debug_log, 'Output Command:' & @CRLF & $Command) which outputs the right command in the ConsoleWrite and in the _FileWriteLog. If I copy the command from the ConsoleWrite or _FileWritelog and paste on CMD my command works but through AutoIt nothing happens. Below is the command that my script outputs Edited August 19, 2019 by cesinha87
BrewManNH
Your @SW_SHOW is in the parameter for the workingdir parameter, try putting something into the WorkingDir parameter and move the show flag one parameter over. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. cesinha87
Thank you all, another quick question... I am trying to FileWriteLog the $rc output.... when I do $rc = Run($Command, @SW_SHOW) _FileWriteLog ($debug_log, 'Output Command:' & @CRLF & $rc) I just get a number (which I believe it's the PID).... when I run through the CMD I get all the information below and that's what I was looking to have in the log as well
Nine
Look in help file for the example of StdoutRead function, you pretty much want to read the result of the run command as it is showed there... “They did not know it was impossible, so they did it” ― Mark Twain Spoiler Block all input without UAC Save/Retrieve Images to/from Text Monitor Management (VCP commands) Tool to search in text (au3) files Date Range Picker Virtual Desktop Manager Sudoku Game 2020 Overlapped Named Pipe IPC HotString 2.0 - Hot keys with string x64 Bitwise Operations Multi-keyboards HotKeySet Recursive Array Display Fast and simple WCD IPC Multiple Folders Selector Printer Manager GIF Animation (cached) Screen Scraping Multi-Threading Made Easy
