van_renier Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 I'm trying to compile a script, using content I gleaned from one of the UDFs, specifically for function, _GUICtrlStatusBar_SetIcon. Upon trying to compile, I get an error that it can't find the include, WinAPIIcons.au3. I can't find it on my system, but it runs fine from within the Scite Editor, just won't compile to an EXE To make sure I didn't do anything wrong, I even tried to compile "Example 1" for that function (_GUICtrlStatusBar_SetIcon), same error. Any ideas? Thanks, Van
Moderators Melba23 Posted August 21, 2019 Moderators Posted August 21, 2019 van_renier, That file is present on my system as "M:\Program\AutoIt3\Include\WinAPIIcons.au3" - i.e. a standard library within the standard installation. Do you not have it there? What AutoIt version are you running? Nine Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 That is really strange. You cannot run example 1 if you don't have the WinAPIIcons.au3. I commented it out and it won't run. So you must have it. What kind of AutoIt installation did you do ? Directly from AutoIt web site, or any other way ?
