Download the latest beta and look in the help file under IE Management or just search the forums for IE.au3 by Dale.

IVAN

Extract from help file:

#include <IE.au3>

$oIE = _IECreate ("www.autoitscript.com")

Sleep(5000)

_IENavigate ($oIE, "http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?")

Sleep(5000)

_IENavigate ($oIE, "http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showforum=9")

Run("iexplore http://www.autoitscripts.com")
can this be ran anywhere - as when I have tried this with and with out "" (quotes)

This is the ERROR - Unable to execute the external program.:

I would like to be able to run

RunWait("c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplorer.exe " & $URL)

I am able to use

$oInternet = ObjCreate("InternetExplorer.Application")

$oInternet.Visible = 1

$oInternet.Navigate ($a_Item[2])

$url = 'http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=29727'
_RunDOS('start '&$url)

..that starts the webpage in the default browser, so unless you've specifically changed the default to Firefox (or some other browser) it should open in IE.
