Xand3r Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 (edited) It can manage multiple windows at the same time .OBS:It only monitors it's own actions so if you were to hide a window with it and then make it show with another program the hider will still think it's hidden .Very simple to use and track.Bugs:Didn't find any yet.(i mean i fixed what i found before i posted )To do:-Make it track windows even after restarting the program.-Make it track actions by other programs.-Make it password protected.-Make it start with windows.-Make it possible to remove windows from the list.-Make it possible to watch for custom windows(not by clicking but by writing the title of the window ).-Make a panic hotkey that adds the current active window to the list and hides all the windows in the list.Suggested:-Make a hotkey that hides all the windows in the list, minimize the window and hide it.(DeathWeasel) Edited October 17, 2008 by TheMadman Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and i'm not sure about the former -Alber EinsteinPractice makes perfect! but nobody's perfect so why practice at all?http://forum.ambrozie.ro
DeathWeasel Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 I like this script. I'm not really sure what it is meant to acomplish, but it is interesting. Perhaps some suggestions to make it more useful: Add a button/hotkey to hide all the windows selected, then minimize itself. Then, hide the tray icon if you can, so can only be unhidden by pressing the right hotkey. This way, you could simply press a key on your keyboard and all the incriminating windows disappear, along with the thing that makes them disappear. I think the script has alot of potential.
MCP Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Nice! Thank you for sharing. Interesting indeed!

SaphuA Posted October 16, 2008 Posted October 16, 2008 spudw2k: Our tools are indeed pretty similair to eachother, although looking at the dates from the post I think it's save to say that I did not steal your idea (if that's even what you're concerned about). I decided to remove the source for public for several reasons; one of them being that I still have some unfinished features I need to add and that the code itself isn't perfect either. It should be easy to decompile it, however. Or just drop a line if you're interested. cdma1x: check pm http://www.saphua.com/

As far as I'm concerned, any sourcecode posted on this forum is fair game for usage. I was just sharing this for comparison.
