When a new mail arrives a message box with SenderName and Subject is displayed.
Outlook has a lot of events you can act upon. This example script shows how to do this.
Tested on Windows 7 SP1 with Outlook 2010 32 Bit.

When a mail is sent a copy is stored in the Sent Mail folder. This triggers the ItemAdd event for this folder.
The example script displays the Subject of the new item.
Based on this example script you could write your own mail archiving solution.

Unfortunately AutoIt Event handling doesn't work with Outlook 2003. You need at least Outlook 2007.Doesn't seem to work for me. Windows XP SP3 - Outlook 2003 (all known updates)

When a mail is sent a copy is stored in the Sent Mail folder and the ItemAdd event for the Sent Mail folder is triggered.
The example script displays the Subject of the new item.
