PowersL
Hi All, I'm sure this has been answered somewhere in the forums but for the life of me, I cannot find the answer. I know it's a simple problem to solve. I'm automating a software install (Visual Studio 2008 Express) and it's working all ok except for a checkbox that needs to be selected. I've tried to use the Send Tab option but it's not very precise. Is there a way I can select the checkbox using something like the GUISetState Function. This checkbox doesn't have any Alt-xxx keyboard shorts to select it. Many thanks in advance. Leonard
andygo
maybe the software itself has silent / unattended options...
AuToItItAlIaNlOv3R
Use silent unattended option, for your softwre is : setup.exe /q When setup is the name of your software.
PowersL
I only wish it had a silent install. Nope, its a nightmare of a product to install.
