How to attach to Skype and make test call?

I downloaded form Skype.com Skype4COM.zip which Includes:

Skype4COM.chm

Skype4COM.dll

Skype4COM.msm

I created au3 file with following code:

$oSkype = ObjCreate("Skype4COM.Skype", "Skype_")
$oSkype.Attach( 5 )

$oSkype.PlaceCall("echo123", "", "", "")

Why I can not make proper call? How to ask for permission Skype to make calls? What should code look like in order to make a call?

Did you search the forum? There are some threads discussing Skype and AutoIt.
