Hi, I have a program written in Java with a GUI that I want to automate with Autoit. Is there any way to do it (without using mousemove functions)? Also is there an Autoit window info for Java 'windows'? (like the one that comes with autoit but doesn't 'read' what is inside the java gui). Thanks for your help!

This might be a good start.

Thanks! I didn't find that topic when I searched. I followed the steps of that post, I have windows xp sp3, java version 6 update 20, downloaded accessbridge-2_0_1.exe and installed it, I already have Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable x86 9.0.21022 installed, AutoITJavaAccess.dll in system32 folder , Tesseract UDF in include, but when I opened Java Ferret and checked 'Track mouse events', it didn't update the java objects in the GUI of my Java application. Have you or anyone tried installing all these packages and were succesfull doing it and can help? Thanks!

Unfortunately I haven't used this UDF myself. I hope someone else who has already done this can help you - good luck!
