littlebigman
HelloBy default, AutoIt uses absolute screen coordinates for the MouseClick() function.I'd like to use relative coordinates to the active window instead, so that the script doesn't break because I moved the window and it saved its location.Howerver, both the Window Info utility and the Au3Recorder utility only seems to show/record absolute coordinates. What tool could I use to find the coordinates of a location within the active window?Thank you. water
Why use MouseClick? Use ControlClick, that's more reliable. AdmiralAlkex
In Au3Info you change it in Options > Coord mode .Some of my scripts: ShiftER, Codec-Control, Resolution switcher for HTC ShiftSome of my UDFs: SDL UDF, SetDefaultDllDirectories, Converting GDI+ Bitmap/Image to SDL Surface
littlebigman
Why use MouseClick? Use ControlClick, that's more reliable.Because it's not a control, but rather an X button to close the window. It' a Delphi-based VLC control, not a standard Windows control. Windows Info shows no control when I move its finder tool over it.In Au3Info you change it in Options > Coord modeThanks for the info.
