Custom buttons with GDI+ [solved]

Greetings to everyone... while experimenting with GDI+, I ran into a bit of trouble.

Well, the image disappears once the mouse hovers over the button (or when the button is clicked etc). Can someone please help me in this issue.

Also, could someone please guide me as how to change the image once the button is clicked, mouse hovered, button is pressed and so on...

buttons are painted onhover - you see a blue focus rectangle

instead try with a label :)

:bye: I have already accomplished all this with a label using GUIRegisterMsg() and all, but what I am asking, is to do such things for a button control (like changing images on hover, mousedown, button press etc.).

If you use _GUICtrlButton_SetImageList you can specify the image for every condition for a button. This might work for what you're trying to achieve. Or, there's a script in the Examples section that deals with button hover somewhere in the depths of that forum that might also be helpful.


If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

      Just press the lmb and move your mouse. When lmb is released you can adjust the size of the window by dragging the white rectangle to any direction. Rmb will move the marked area.
      Press ESC to get the coordinates of the marked region.

      I was looking into the help file at all the drawing utilities and I was wondering if you draw a translucent line that follows your cursor. Upon looking for ideas I came across this thread (1.0) and saw UEZ's response. I also came across another post that UEZ replied to and found this reply (1.1) where he shows how you can draw on the desktop. This is what I'm looking for however I'd still like to be able to interact with a designated application and have the line/curve/vector passively follow it. Obviously we don't move our cursor very linearly so it would have to be able to draw on vectors. Am I over complicating this? 
      Any ideas or starting points I should look more into?

      My problem: if you move the child window at left upper corner to another place and move either H or V scrollbar the child GUI will be moved properly. BUT if you have scrolled the scrollbars to the right bottom of the image and move the child GUI to that corner, too then the child GUI jumps if you click on one of the scrollbars.
      Is there something that I didn't consider?

      MAIN QUESTION:
      Is it possible to Call specific function within a GUI

      So I have a script with multiple functions although I don't want to use every function every time.
      My Idea is to create a simple GUI which allows me to select what functions I want to use then run the funtions by clicking a button.
      I have already made a GUI which allows me to select specific .exe's I would like to run after selection it runs the .exe one by one.
      This script is on my work laptops and cannot access it right now.
       
      Who can help me with this?

      Func2
      Func3
      Then have a boxes which allows me to select the specif Func.(I used GUIChecked and Unchecked in my other script)
      Then a button which executes/calls the selected functions

      Hello,
      I am making a program where the button is an image that "changes" when specific conditions are fullfilled. Problem is that these images have different dimensions and when a smaller picture is displayed over a bigger one both will be seen, therefore i would like the images to be hidden, invincible or, alternatively, deleted.
      I have tried using _GDIPlus_GraphicsClear() with no luck
      However that might just be me not using it right as im quite new to autoit
