How to Run a program From a shortcut??????

i have tried many time to run a program,s shortcut from desktop but when i run it.My Mouse cruser blink only else nothing..............

Rather than looking at the shortcut, use the program itself

ShellExecute('firefox.exe')

The WorkingDir needs to be parameter 2, so you need to replace & with ,
