How do you do that when you have under http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/KOffice-Download-2781.html on the download link click? Suppose it were a ZIP file, which should be differentiated with respect to a EXE file, as this would need to be unpacked yet?

The best way to figure this out is to create a simple process map. Figure out what you would do manually then write that out as a process map. Once you do that then it is easy to figure out how to write a script to do what you need.
