How to send some information from my server? and how to send some information from client? (AutoIT)

I have read the official documentation, (russian documentation.I download for my computer russian version.),

my problem in "TCP" part of russian docymentation .

I can't understand - where is begin and where is end of using socket?

I don't know - what must writed in my AutoIT Script first and what I must write in the end of using socket (TCP)?

I hope you can understand my problem, and what I wrote.

Check the example scripts in the help file for function TCPSend (client part) and TCPReceive (server part).
