help with game autoit trade send

basicly i play path of exile and when your trading it hurts!

there are 14 trade channels, which you access by typing /trade 1  to /trade 14

now when u link your items, to re post them you press ''enter up '' and there is your trade ready to repost in channel,

so the idea is you have 1 hand on the numbers and 1 hand on the enter key and arrows, 

and this is what i do for hours so ppl see the trade , (there is alot doing it so ya gota repete it alot)

[enter]       /trade 1[enter]

[enter up up]  $WTS  Gloves  Boost arrows [enter] message

[enter up up] /trade 1 [delete , 2 enter]                    pulls up the message to trade channel delete old number and channel up 1

[enter up up] $WTS  Gloves  Boost arrows  [enter]pull old message back up , and repeat 

[enter up up] /trade 2 [delete, 3 enter]

[enter up up] $WTS  Gloves  Boost arrows  [enter]

[enter up up] /trade 3 [delete, 4 enter]

 

how can i compile or do this?? if a video is needed it iwl take me 2 misn to upload one,
